Jerry Haley is a Chicago native and original Warehouse kid with deep roots in dance culture. Raised on Jazz, Soul, R&B, Blues, Gospel, Classical, and Country—and classically trained on clarinet—his sound is both musical and eclectic. Throwing parties since 8th grade, Jerry evolved into a promoter, event planner, and DJ.

After moving to DC in 1981, he became a fixture on legendary dancefloors like Paradise Garage, The Clubhouse, and Catacombs. He began DJing in the early ’80s while managing 12" dance record stores in DC and Baltimore. A longtime member of Ultra Naté’s Deep Sugar (20 years), Jerry served as Resident DJ, promoter, and artist services.

He’s rocked clubs, festivals, and dancefloors coast to coast and internationally—UK, Ibiza, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Paris, and the Caribbean—and has opened for Jungle Brothers, Jesse Saunders, and Quentin Harris. The pandemic sparked a rebirth with Jerry’s Jukebox on Pulse International Radio—now a weekly show and Mixcloud Top 100 chart weekly for nearly four years. He also curates and hosts House of PULSE, spotlighting DJs worldwide. Love, music, and community over ego—always.
